230 mm Half sphere

Description : ABS and black sand finish 23 cm half sphere, 4 mm thick and a black ABS base, 14mm thick. Stainless steel screws, CHC M8x20 screws, zinc-plated steel weight, zinc-plated M10 insert. Stainless steel or brass dome, removable adapter for ø20 mm tube with one or two weights.(see option: weights).

Three options available :

Black dome : ABS and black sand finish.
Brass dome : Fixed with a 3M™ VHB™ 5925 adhesive over the ABS half sphere.
Stainless steel dome : Fixed with a 3M™ VHB™ 5925 adhesive over the ABS half sphere.

When placing your order for the half sphere, please check the option « for tube diameter ø20 or ø25 mm ».

Includes : One ABS and black sand finish 23 cm half sphere, 4 mm thick, one black ABS base 14mm thick. Six stainless steel screws, three CHC M8x20 screws, one zinc-plated steel weight, one zinc-plated M10 insert. One stainless steel or brass dome, one adapter for ø20 mm tube.

Materials : Black epoxy sand finish steel, zinc plated steel, stainless steel, brass, black polyamide.

Function : The half sphere is one of the essential components of the Spheria concept. The tubes are fixed into the sphere without any tool. If needed, a stabilizer element can be fixed to increase the stability. Additional 5 kg weights can be added inside the half sphere and 10 to 20 kg on the external surface. Thanks to its unique concept, the Spheria tubes are always maintained perfectly right.

Assembly : The half sphere is delivered already assembled.
Shipping : Cardboard DS1 : 24 cm x 24 cm x 12 cm or cardboard DS2 : 24 cm x 24 cm x 24 cm.
Delivery : Shipment via UPS
